This page explains how the website handles enquiries and access to the private lead inbox.
Project brief entries
When you submit the enquiry form, your name, phone number, business email, chosen service, and notes are saved in GoByto’s private Google Sheet for GoByto to review and respond. The sheet is accessible only to its owner and people the owner authorizes. You can also download or copy your own brief. Do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal records.
Browser storage and analytics
This version does not install advertising pixels or an analytics script, and the form does not persist entries in browser local storage. Enquiries remain in the private lead sheet for follow-up. Google Apps Script processes submissions, and basic rate controls use a temporary hash of the submitted email address. The hosting service processes requests needed to serve and protect the website under its own terms.
External resources and links
The design loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to that provider. Links to external resources take you to sites with their own privacy practices. Review those providers’ information when using their services.
Future changes
Email notifications and advertising integrations are not enabled in this version. If additional integrations are introduced, this information should be updated to describe the actual data flow. For an enquiry about your submitted details, use the contact form and identify the email address used for the original enquiry.
